Aurora Basket

The Small Aurora Basket is the perfect container for treasures or a decorative accent for your desk or table. Handmade and designed by Maya women cooperative in rural Guatemala, this adorable basket was created with sustainably harvested native grass and fragrant pine needles with colorful yarn accents.

This beautiful basket is named "aurora," the Spanish word for dawn, for the first light of sunrise when Mayan women rise to prepare tortillas for their families.
