Vintage Top - Tecpan Huipil (S/M)

This amazing Guatemalan Huipil features small and tight designs of small flowers around the neckline. Hand-woven on a back-strap loom, this soft Huipil is originally from Tecpan, Guatemala.

When you buy a Huipil, you are truly wearing Guatemalan history and an one-of-a-kind, masterpiece.

Flat Measurements: 

• This Huipil will fit a Small to Medium frame
• Bust (armpit to armpit) - 24” inches wide
• Length - 21” inches long
• Arm Opening - 7.5" inches wide
• This Huipil is closed at the sides
• Neck Opening: The opening of the neck has been tailored opened for a more comfortable fit.
• 100% silky cotton - soft to the touch

• Condition: Please note that this top has some small bleach spots. Take a look at the photos closely. Other than the tiny spots, this top is in generally good pre-loved condition with a some loose threads and wear. Bottom part has some loose threads at the bottom; adding a special touch of character to this stunning  blouse.

• This vintage Huipil was personally purchased by Angelica, founder of Tesoros Maya. This Huipil was ethically sourced and the artisan was paid fair price.

CARE:

• This Huipil was 100% handmade from beginning to end; therefore naturally there will be some imperfections. You could see some loose threads, DO NOT pull just snip with scissors.
• For a better care, we recommend hand wash
