This particular region of Guatemala is known for their floral embroidery design around the neckline as well as the red vertical stripes, symbolizing the blood of their Mayan ancestors.
It features hand embroidered tropical birds, and pink flowers underneath the collar on both the front and back in a variety of colors.
This particular huipil is closed at both sides.
