This beautiful hand woven Huipil (Mayan blouse) features small and tight designs of geometric Mayan designs. Hand-woven on a back-strap loom, this traditional Huipil is originally from Santa Catarina Palopó, Guatemala.
The garment is made of mid-weight very yet soft, hand-woven fabric. It features a red cotton base and a variety of geometric designs including lightning, butterflies, deer and corn among others brocaded into the weaves of the three panels.
