This beautiful pre-loved Guatemalan Huipil is from the Maya village of San Antonio Palopó, located on Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. It was hand-woven on a backstrap loom, 100% handmade with striking blue, purple, white and black stripes that are traditionally of this region.
This is a longer blouse, made with 3 panels, joined together by an embroidered "randa" design. It also features a beautiful hand embroidered design around the neck. It is made from 100% cotton. Handcrafted by Maria and her daughter, you are supporting their weaving techniques with this purchase!
The pictures on the website do not do this product justice. In person the hair wrap has so many beautiful details. The colors are vibrant and it is long enough for those with long, medium or short hair. Simple instructions are provided but I am excited to learn the different ways to use it in my hair. I have already been inspired to wear this as a necklace and belt. I can't wait to get more!
Loved it. Wish there was another choice w brighter colors but this one is great.
Very well made. Cute idea

This bag is the perfect size. Can be used as a Make Up bag or as Clutch for date night. I love the handmade textile, it’s a work of art.
